Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas! And there is no better way to get into the holiday mood than putting on a prefect holiday outfit!!!! Dressing in your cutest holiday outfit can help make your socially distant celebrations feel a bit more merry and bright. So I’m sharing some of my favorite Holiday must haves today.
For me the spark of Christmas magic is always in red, white, green and gold! Its my favorite holiday color palette. So you’ll be seeing a lot of those in this blog post as well as my feed….
1. Red Silk Skirt
Feeling festive but don’t want to overdress? Just pull up a silk maxi skirt ( a little bit of glam) and pair it with a simple oversized sweater or stylish off shoulder top. Maxi skirts are a better option for chilly winter celebrations … for extra warmth wear a comforatble pair of booties.

2. A Midi Dress
Glam holiday looks don’t have to involve multiple pieces; sometimes, all you need is just one. Midi dresses, are such a great option- easy to throw on and require minimal accessories. Some great options to accessorize would be a fur coat and a pair of statement heels.

3. A Simple Sweater Dress
Sweater dresses are a holiday cliché but you can style it differently to refresh this winter staple so that it doesn’t fall into the basic category. Try layering with chain belts, contrasting scarfs, chunky beanies, statement necklaces, and fun footwear.

5. Not over Plaid yet!
Plaid is not just the style for fall; it is the official pattern of the holidays. There are many ways you can style them: Pair gingham pants with a chunky knit, tuck a plaid flannel into a flowing skirt, or add a stylish top/sweater over a plaid skirt. You can never go wrong with anything plaid.

6. Festive PJs
Cozy up on your couch and watch your favorite holiday movies; the best part you can spend the entire day in your PJs. I shopped for a few fun printed pajamas this Thanksgiving and have been living in them since(not the same ones obviously). You can add on a pair of fuzzy socks and a santa hat to complete your cozy ensemble.

7. Statement Holiday Dress
Even though celebrations will have to be a little more low-key this year, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t dress to impress. Bring out your best velvet or gold dress, pair with heels and elegant jewelry, even if you are wearing it to your living room. It will undoubtedly lift your spirits and get you into holiday mood, if you are not already…and don’t forget to document it for Instagram.

8. Holiday Sweater
The easiest of them all is grabbing a chunky ugly sweater and wearing it a pair of denim or leggings for a more casual look! It can take you from your apartment to a small gathering, but the pairing can also be dressed up on with the right accessories (think heels, over-the-knee boots, statement jewelry and belts).

9. Another fun outfit to have this season- Embroidered Jacket
I’ve always avoided jackets and blazers because I feel they make me look bulky but this trend is such a game changer. Style your favorite black leggings with a boho blazer or embroidered jacket and throw on a belt to add a little something extra to a casual outfit. Its a simple yet effective styling tip that makes a subtle statement and accentuates your natural curvature.
