How to create when stuck indoors? Frightful weather outside? Perhaps you’re living in a frozen tundra of freezing rain, sleet, or snow. Or quite the opposite problem. It’s the peak of summer and you can’t stand outside longer than 5 minutes without getting severe tans. If these question have been bothering you then this post is just for you!
I’m so excited to share these ideas with you all to make your indoor photography fun and to keep your creative juices flowing! Let’s get started:
1. Pick up the Phone
The amount of time I spend on phone is well lets say-a lot (I’m finally agreeing to that!). So I thought this is a great photo prop. Pose with a landline if you still have one! Want that antique look? Find a rotary phone, if not your iphone just works fine for this photo. Add in some stickers for a fun vibe.

2. Flower Tub
Turn your self care routine up a notch and indulge in some hot bubble bath + flowers maybe once a week and trust me you will thank me later. You can grab a bouquet of flowers the next time you’re at your local grocery store and add it to your bath along with bath salts to set up for a great photo op.

3.Minnie Me
This one’s for all the Disney fans out there! I am sure you would have gotten a Mickey/Minnie stuffed toy from your trip to Disneyland. Cuddle with your Mickie/Minnie or just try on your Disney headband while you strike some poses.

4. Wine Not
Are you a wine lover? Then this is an easy find at your home. Let’s be honest we all need a large glass of wine after how crazy 2020 has been! But don’t you dare spill it on the carpet!

5. Ted Talk
Need a friend to confide in and share all your secrets? Your teddy can be your 24 X 7 bestie this quarantine. Cuddle with your teddy while you read your book or sip your coffee. Carelessly spill all the gossip in your teddy’s ears and I assure you no one heard it! (Just kidding) But just that feeling you get when you hug your teddy bear, that love, that comfort and security, Its almost supernatural!

6. Pizza My Heart
Yummmm!!! This photoshoot can be really mouthwatering!
Honestly, this photo is just really an amazing excuse to order in some delicious pizza. Order your favorite pizza from somewhere local and settle in for a feast in your comfy pjs + an episode of Friends on your TV. I like mine with extra cheese and crushed peppers! Want a slice?

7. Baked with Love!
As long as you know how to bake, life is sure to be sweet. This idea is such a sweet thing to do with your partner on a weekend! Just bake some of your favorite chocolate chip or blueberry cupcakes and pop them in your photos before you relish them. Count the memories not the calories; that dough fight was completely worth it.

8. Spa Time
Settle in with a good magazine or a book, it’s self care time. While you’re stuck at home, you might as well treat yourself to an at-home spa day. Put on your robe and towel wrap your hair while you soak your feet in some hot water and apply a face pack. I added sunglasses to this look but its completely optional, but they sure do look cool right?

9. Bedroom Party!!!
Sure, why not? It’s 2020 and at-home parties are a hit right now. Throw a party in your bedroom, blow up some balloons, add in a few candles and disco music! Heck, grab a glass of rosé too! Don’t have any balloons? You can use any party supplies you might have lying around the house. Or even add in your baked cupcakes for a cute little cupcake party!

10. Stretch a little
Ok so all that parties and cupcakes, really calls for a workout! Try some fun yoga poses to stretch your muscles and improve your flexibility. We had such a blast tripping and falling on each other while we tried a few poses together. Plus, it’s such a refreshing workout to start your day with.

11. A Date in the Backyard
Nothing says date better than a dozen of roses! Set up a spring date in your backyard : stir up some mimosa, plate some loaded pancackes + maple syrup , decorate the table with fresh roses from your backyard. No roses? Any flowers will do, Spring has sprung and I’m sure your backyard would be a beautiful proof of it! Or grab some flowers from your next run to the grocery store!

Okay, okay, I get it! This photo isn’t indoors! But you could set up this date indoors. Try it!
12. Stay Home!
Easy peasy free at-home photoshoot- heck yeah. You don’t need fancy outfits or makeup or even a pretty view for this photo. Cozy up with your partner, in your comfy joggers and Tee at home and send out the most crucial message of this month- Stay home and Stay safe!
